Tyler coaches a wide range of athletes, primarily coaching runners, cyclists and triathletes to help achieve personal bests. In addition to his over 30 combined publications and abstracts on a variety of sports science topics focusing on human performance,  Tyler has also worked with NFL athletes, NCAA All-Americans, and amateur endurance athletes to help them understand their limits and break past them.

Tyler's coaching philosophy is simple: everyone's unique, therefore everyone needs an individualized training plan that adapts and works for them. Because of this philosophy, Tyler works directly with his athletes on a weekly or monthly basis to provide new training plans and alters them depending on their goals and efforts.

PREMIUM PLAN

This plan is intended for those who are serious about performance. What’s included…

  • One hour introductory meeting either in person or video chat to discuss your history, goals and the plan to get the where you'd like to be

  • Training plans will be customized every week, and sent to you via email

  • Video or phone call every two weeks for 30 minutes to discuss progress and performance

  • Open email and text communication

  • Advanced analysis and deep dive explanation in to exercise physiology and data points

  • Pre & Post race consultation and analysis

Coaching length

Because of the nature of training blocks, I can only take on athletes who commit to at least a 3 months of training. 

Pricing

Pricing for individualize, weekly coaching plans are $175/month, required for a minimum of 3 months.

Basic PLan

This plan is intended for those who are looking to get back in to shape, or are intending to finish a race independent of time.

  • One hour introductory meeting either in person or video chat to discuss your history, goals and the plan to get the where you'd like to be

  • Training plan written once a month

  • Bi-weekly email communication

  • Pre and post race consultation







Coaching length

Basic programs are required for a minimum of one month at a time.

Pricing

Pricing for individualized, monthly coaching plans are $50/month, required for a minimum of 2 months.

Youth (under 18)

Interested in having an athlete that's under the age of 18 join the team? Training will be adapted to your youth athletes school & sport lifestyle. Also, take 20% off the price of all youth athletes!
